1. Fit - Will the Gi shrink after washing?

No. We use pre-shrunk cotton fabric for all Gis. Follow the care instructions (cold wash, tumble dry low) to maintain size and shape.

2. Customization - What customization options do you offer?

We support logo embroidery (chest/back/sleeves), custom color combinations (fabric, stitching), name patches, and even tailored cuts (e.g., slim fit for competition).

Do I need to provide my own design files for logos?

Preferred formats are AI, PSD, or high-res PNG. If you don't have a design, our team can create a free mockup based on your ideas.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom gear?

MOQ is 100 units for custom Gis/rash guards. For bulk orders (100+), contact us for exclusive discounts.

3. Production & Shipping - How long does custom production take?

7-15 business days for Sample; 30-45 days for bulk orders. Rush production (25-35 days) is available for an extra fee.

We ship worldwide. Standard delivery: 7-14 days (US/EU); 10-20 days (rest of world). Express shipping (3-5 days) is optional.

4. Quality & Care - What materials are used for the Gis and rash guards?

Gis: 100% pre-shrunk cotton (top/bottom) with reinforced polyester stitching. Rash guards: 85% polyester + 15% spandex (moisture-wicking, anti-odor).

Are your products IBJJF-compliant?

Yes. Our standard Gi cuts, fabric weight, and color options meet IBJJF competition requirements. Note: Custom designs must not violate IBJJF logo/sizing rules.

5. Returns & Support - What if the gear doesn't fit or has quality issues?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We offer free replacements for manufacturing defects or will adjust sizing for custom orders.

How can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Request a sample Gi/rash guard (standard or custom) via our contact form. We charge a small sample fee, which is refundable when you place a bulk order over 500 sets.
