Every roll of fabric, thread, and accessory is checked before production starts.

• Precise fabric weight testing for pearl weave, twill, and ripstop materials
• Tear-resistance testing to handle intense grappling and ground work

Stress points are reinforced and tested to avoid ripping or splitting.

• Dense, tight stitching on armpits, crotch, knees, shoulders, and cuffs
• Double and triple stitching at high-tension areas for extra strength
• Stable collar design that won’t sag or lose shape over time
• No loose threads, skipped stitches, or uneven sewing allowed

• Accurate sleeve length, pant length, and collar sizing for training and competition use
• Freedom of movement tested for drills, rolls, and transitions

We test how our Gi hold up to real, repeated use.

• Shrinkage controlled within ±1% for consistent sizing after washing
• High color fastness rated 4+ — no fading, bleeding, or staining
• Abrasion testing to prevent pilling and fraying from ground contact
• Wash-tested multiple times to maintain shape and strength
